Separate or quoted by agreement
Domain registrations, hosting, ongoing maintenance, extra pages, new features, paid assets, specialist integrations and substantial copywriting. These are separate unless expressly included in your proposal.
About this introductory offer
We’re building our initial client portfolio. £300 is an introductory offer and may change for future projects. Your written proposal confirms your price; there is no artificial deadline or countdown.
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Your pricing questions, answered.
Why is the introductory price £300?
We’re a new business building our initial portfolio. This introductory offer makes a professional website accessible while we develop that portfolio. It is not necessarily a permanent price, and your agreed price will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Is the website demonstration really free?
Yes. The initial Zoom demonstration is free and comes with no obligation to proceed. It shows a reusable example relevant to your industry. Customisation for your business begins only after you agree the scope and pay the £50 initial payment.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo and brand colours, page content, contact details, any images you have permission to use, and access to your existing domain or hosting where needed. We’ll agree a clear content checklist before starting.
How long will my website take?
We agree a realistic schedule after discussing the pages, content and any existing website. Timing depends on the agreed scope, receiving your materials and how quickly feedback is returned. We won’t promise a deadline before understanding your project.
Are hosting and a domain included?
Domain registration, hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate unless expressly included in your written proposal. Deployment assistance is included in the website package. Any optional ongoing costs will be explained before you commit.
Can you use my existing branding and domain?
Yes. The package works with your existing branding and colour scheme. We can also help connect an existing domain, subject to access and the technical setup agreed for your project.
What happens if I change my mind?
The £50 customisation stage covers defined work agreed before it starts. Cancellation and refund terms will be set out in writing, subject to applicable law. You’ll have the opportunity to review those terms before paying.
What is included after launch?
The package includes 14 days of agreed post-launch bug fixes. New features, extra pages, content changes and ongoing maintenance are outside that cover and can be quoted separately.
